At just 15 years old, I turned my passion for baking into something bigger—Da Snack Ambassador LLC, a micro bakery based in Lakeland, Florida. My love for creating delicious treats started in my family kitchen, where I experimented with recipes to make desserts that not only taste amazing but also feel good to eat.
My biggest inspiration is my father. After being badly injured while serving in the U.S. military, his health changed, and so did the snacks he could enjoy. I wanted to make sure he never felt left out, so I began baking gluten-free, low-sugar alternatives he could love without worry. That experience sparked something deeper: a mission to make sure everyone—no matter their lifestyle or dietary restrictions—has a seat at the dessert table.
