1. Overview

By purchasing from Da Snack Ambassador, you agree to the terms outlined here.
We operate under Florida’s Cottage Food Law (§500.80, F.S.), which permits the sale of certain homemade baked goods prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the state.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed online and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or that exceeds our production capacity.

3. Pickup

Orders must be picked up during the confirmed pickup window.
Orders not retrieved during this period will be considered forfeited with no refund.
No shipping or delivery services are currently offered under Florida Cottage Food Law.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
If an incorrect or damaged order occurs, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup.

5. Product Quality & Ingredients

Our baked goods are made with high-quality, gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-sugar ingredients. However, products are produced in a home kitchen that may process nuts, peanuts, eggs, and soy. Please review product labels for full ingredient details.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing from Da Snack Ambassador, you acknowledge that our products are prepared under Florida’s Cottage Food Law and are not subject to state food safety inspection. Da Snack Ambassador is not responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or improper storage after pickup.
