At Da Snack Ambassador, we proudly operate under Florida’s Cottage Food Law, which allows us to bake and sell homemade goods directly to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and freshness. Because of this, we currently do not ship products and instead offer convenient local pickup and pre-arranged delivery options within approved areas.

Shipping Policy​

Under Florida Cottage Food Regulations (F.S. 500.80), we are not permitted to ship or mail any baked goods across state lines or via postal or courier services.
All orders must be picked up in person or delivered locally by arrangement.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our compliance with state laws that help protect small cottage food businesses and customers alike.

Local Pickup​

Local pickup is available at:

• Pickup dates and times are displayed at checkout or confirmed via email/text.

• Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window to ensure product freshness.

• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be considered forfeited and non-refundable, as our products are perishable and made to order.

 Order Processing​

• All products are baked fresh to order.

• Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before pickup/delivery.

• Large or custom orders may require additional preparation time.

Quality & Freshness Guarantee

Because our items are made without preservatives, dyes, or artificial chemicals, they are best enjoyed fresh within a few days of pickup.
We recommend storing baked goods in airtight containers and refrigerating or freezing as needed.
