Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because Da Snack Ambassador operates under Florida’s Cottage Food Law, all products are handcrafted in small batches and made to order. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind or failure to pick up.

If you believe there has been an error with your order or a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We’ll review your concern and address it on a case-by-case basis.

Pickup Policy

All orders must be picked up during the designated pickup window confirmed at checkout or in your order email.
Orders not picked up within that time frame are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or replaced.
Because our products are made fresh and perishable, we cannot guarantee quality after the scheduled pickup time.
